VIP 会员服务协议

一、协议的接受

本协议是您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与北京寻果记科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）之间就「知思屋」应用内 VIP 会员服务（以下简称"会员服务"）订立的协议。您在应用内点击开通、购买或以任何方式使用会员服务，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。本协议是《用户协议》的补充协议，与《用户协议》不一致的，以本协议为准。

二、会员服务内容

开通 VIP 会员后，您将在会员有效期内享有以下权益（以应用内实际展示为准）：

  • 全程免广告：恢复容错、领取金币等操作无需观看广告；
  • 每日 VIP 礼包：+100 金币、+5 提示、+1 补全；
  • 每日容错次数提升（每天 20 次，前 2 次免广告）；
  • 每日金币俸禄 ×2 领取；
  • VIP 专属星空主题皮肤与金色头像框；
  • VIP 徽章、排行榜金色昵称等尊贵身份标识。

我们有权根据业务需要对会员权益的具体内容进行调整与优化，调整后的内容以应用内最新版本为准，但不会实质性降低整体权益水平。

三、订阅方案与计费

当前提供以下会员订阅方案（价格以应用内展示及所在应用商店所在地区定价为准）：

  • 连续包月：¥18/月，自动续费；首月促销价 ¥6，次月起按 ¥18/月 续费；
  • 包月：¥28/月，一次性购买 30 天会员，不自动续费；
  • 包年：¥268/年，一次性购买 365 天会员，不自动续费（折合约 ¥22.3/月）。

订阅通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 等应用内购渠道完成支付，实际扣款金额、税费及货币单位以对应商店账单为准。

四、自动续费规则

  • 选择「连续包月」方案即表示您授权我们在每个订阅周期到期前 24 小时内，按当期续费价格（¥18/月，以商店实际定价为准）自动从您的支付账户扣款，会员有效期相应顺延一个周期；
  • 如您在订阅期届满前 24 小时内未取消订阅，视为同意自动续费；
  • 续费成功后，新的订阅周期立即生效；扣款失败的，会员服务在原有效期届满后自动终止；
  • 促销价（如首月 ¥6）仅适用于首次订阅的优惠周期，优惠期结束后按正常续费价格扣款。

五、取消订阅与管理

您可以随时取消自动续费订阅，取消后不再产生新的扣款，已支付的会员权益将持续生效至当前订阅周期届满。取消方式：

  • iOS（App Store）：打开手机「设置」→ 点击顶部 Apple ID → 「订阅」→ 找到「知思屋」→ 取消订阅；
  • Android（Google Play）：打开 Google Play → 点击头像 → 「付款和订阅」→「订阅」→ 找到「知思屋」→ 取消订阅。

取消订阅不影响您当前已生效的会员有效期。

六、退款说明

会员订阅通过 Apple / Google 官方内购渠道支付，退款申请须遵循对应应用商店的退款政策，由 Apple 或 Google 审核处理。除法律法规另有规定外，已生效的会员服务不支持在我们这边直接退款。退款成功后，相应会员权益将被收回。

七、未成年人保护

未满 18 周岁的用户应在监护人的知情、同意与指导下购买会员服务。我们呼吁监护人加强对未成年人使用应用及付费行为的引导与监督。如发现未成年人未经同意进行了付费，监护人可依据相应应用商店的退款政策申请处理。

八、协议的变更

我们有权根据法律法规变化、应用商店政策调整及运营需要修订本协议，修订后的协议将在本页面更新并公布生效日期。您继续使用会员服务即视为接受修订后的协议；如发生重大变更，我们将通过应用内提示等方式予以显著通知。

VIP Membership Terms

Effective date: August 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These VIP Membership Terms (the "Membership Terms") are entered into between you ("User" or "you") and Beijing Xunguoji Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") regarding the VIP membership service (the "Membership Service") within the "Zhisiwu" app. By activating, purchasing or using the Membership Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms. These Membership Terms supplement the Terms of Service and prevail over them in case of conflict.

2. Membership Benefits

Once activated, you will enjoy the following benefits during the membership period (subject to the in-app display):

  • Completely ad-free: recover lives and claim coins without watching ads;
  • Daily VIP gift: +100 coins, +5 hints, +1 auto-complete;
  • Increased daily lives (20 per day, first 2 without ads);
  • Daily coin salary ×2;
  • Exclusive VIP starry theme skin and golden avatar frame;
  • VIP badge, golden nickname on leaderboards and other premium identity marks.

We may adjust and optimize membership benefits as business needs evolve; the latest in-app version shall prevail, provided that the overall benefit level is not materially reduced.

3. Subscription Plans & Pricing

The following subscription plans are currently offered (prices are subject to the in-app display and the regional pricing of your app store):

  • Auto-Renew Monthly: ¥18/month, auto-renewing; first-month promotional price of ¥6, then ¥18/month;
  • Monthly: ¥28 for 30 days, one-time purchase, no auto-renewal;
  • Yearly: ¥268 for 365 days, one-time purchase, no auto-renewal (≈¥22.3/month).

Subscriptions are paid through in-app purchase channels such as the Apple App Store or Google Play; the actual charged amount, taxes and currency follow the billing of the corresponding store.

4. Auto-Renewal Rules

  • By choosing the "Auto-Renew Monthly" plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment account at the then-current renewal price (¥18/month, subject to store pricing) within 24 hours before each subscription period expires, and the membership period is extended accordingly;
  • If you do not cancel within 24 hours before the subscription period ends, you are deemed to have consented to auto-renewal;
  • After a successful renewal, the new subscription period takes effect immediately; if the charge fails, the Membership Service terminates when the current period expires;
  • Promotional prices (e.g. ¥6 for the first month) apply only to the introductory period of a first-time subscription; subsequent renewals are charged at the regular renewal price.

5. Canceling & Managing Subscriptions

You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time. No further charges will be made after cancellation, and benefits already paid for remain effective until the end of the current subscription period. How to cancel:

  • iOS (App Store): open Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → find "Zhisiwu" → Cancel Subscription;
  • Android (Google Play): open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find "Zhisiwu" → Cancel subscription.

Canceling a subscription does not affect your currently active membership period.

6. Refunds

Membership subscriptions are paid through the official Apple / Google in-app purchase channels; refund requests must follow the refund policies of the corresponding app store and are reviewed by Apple or Google. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds cannot be processed directly by us. If a refund is granted, the corresponding membership benefits will be revoked.

7. Protection of Minors

Users under 18 should purchase the Membership Service with the knowledge, consent and guidance of a guardian. We encourage guardians to supervise minors' app usage and payment behavior. If a minor makes a payment without consent, the guardian may seek a resolution under the refund policy of the corresponding app store.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Membership Terms in response to legal changes, app-store policy adjustments or operational needs. Revised terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Membership Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; material changes will be highlighted prominently in the app.
