"Zhisiwu" (the "App") is operated by Beijing Xunguoji Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). We understand the importance of your personal information and will adopt appropriate security measures in accordance with applicable laws to keep your data safe and under control. Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the game service, we may collect the following:

• Account & identity information: when you sign in via a third-party platform (WeChat, Douyin, Google, etc., depending on the channel actually available), we receive the user identifier, nickname and avatar authorized by that platform. In guest mode only a random user identifier is generated.
• Game data: level progress, scores, retry allowances, unlocked courtyards, leaderboard results and other in-game data.
• Device & log information: device model, OS version, network type, app version and crash logs, used to keep the service stable and troubleshoot issues.

We do not actively collect sensitive information unrelated to gameplay, such as contacts, location, photo albums or messages.

2. How We Use Information

• to provide core gameplay: saving progress, settling scores and displaying leaderboards;
• to secure accounts and prevent cheating;
• to improve the game experience through anonymized, aggregated analysis;
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Sharing & SDKs

For the purposes described in this Policy, some of your information may be processed by third parties:

• Mini-game platforms: when you enter through WeChat, Douyin or similar channels, login, friend-chain and leaderboard features are handled by that platform under its own privacy policy;
• Advertising services: if the App includes rewarded-video or other ad services, ad providers may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data for ad delivery and measurement;
• Analytics services: third-party crash monitoring and statistics services receive anonymized data only.

Except as described above or required by law, we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Storage & Protection

Your information is stored on servers we operate within the People's Republic of China , for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes of this Policy. We protect your data with industry-standard measures such as encrypted transmission and access controls. In the event of a personal data incident, we will notify you promptly as required by law.

5. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to protecting minors' personal information. Children under 14 should read this Policy with a guardian's accompaniment and consent before using the App. If a guardian finds that a child has provided personal information without consent, they may contact us via the details below to request deletion.

6. Your Rights

• You may view and correct your authorizations and profile via platform account settings or in-app options;
• You may contact us to request deletion of your account and related game data; we will process the request after verification;
• You may withdraw previously granted consent (e.g. by revoking permissions in system settings); after withdrawal we will cease processing the corresponding information.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified prominently via in-app pop-ups or announcements; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
