一、协议的接受

欢迎使用「知思屋」（以下简称"本应用"）。本应用由北京寻果记科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）运营。 请您在下载、安装或使用本应用前仔细阅读本协议。您一旦开始使用本应用，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。如您不同意本协议，请立即停止使用本应用。

二、服务说明

本应用是一款以中国古诗词为题材的休闲益智游戏，提供诗句填空、关卡挑战、宅院主题收集、排行榜等游戏功能，并可能通过 iOS App Store、Google Play 及各类小游戏平台等渠道提供。

我们有权根据业务需要对游戏内容、功能、活动规则进行调整与更新，调整后的内容将以应用内最新版本为准。

三、账号与登录

  • 您可以通过游客模式或第三方账号（如微信、抖音、Google 等平台账号，以实际接入渠道为准）登录本应用。
  • 您应妥善保管账号及相关授权信息，因您自身原因导致的账号损失由您自行承担。
  • 游客模式下，游戏进度与设备绑定，卸载应用或更换设备可能导致进度丢失，请及时通过平台账号绑定数据。
  • 您不得出借、转让、售卖账号，不得通过技术手段篡改、伪造账号数据。

四、用户行为规范

您承诺以合法、正当的方式使用本应用，不得实施下列行为：

  • 使用外挂、脚本、模拟器漏洞等作弊手段获取不正当利益或破坏排行榜公平性；
  • 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、破解或以其他方式侵犯我们的技术措施；
  • 发布、传播违反法律法规或公序良俗的内容；
  • 利用本应用从事任何违反法律法规的活动。

如我们发现或收到举报证实您存在上述行为，有权视情节轻重采取警告、限制功能、封禁账号、清除违规数据等措施。

五、知识产权

本应用内的程序代码、界面设计、美术素材、音效音乐、文案内容及相关商标等知识产权均归我们或相关权利人所有。游戏中的古诗词原文属于公有领域作品，但对其进行的编排、演绎与呈现方式受法律保护。未经书面许可，您不得以任何形式复制、传播、改编或用于商业用途。

六、虚拟道具与付费

本应用内的虚拟道具、次数、主题等虚拟物品仅限在本应用内使用，不具有现实货币价值，不可兑换、退换或转让。如本应用提供内购或广告服务，相关付费与退款规则以应用商店渠道规则为准。未成年人应在监护人知情同意下进行付费操作。

七、免责声明

  • 因不可抗力、网络故障、设备故障、第三方平台服务中断等原因导致的服务不可用或数据损失，我们在法律允许的范围内不承担责任。
  • 本应用按"现状"提供，我们不对游戏的持续可用性、无错误性作出任何明示或默示担保。
  • 因您违反本协议或法律法规造成的损失，由您自行承担。

八、协议的变更与终止

我们有权根据法律法规变化及运营需要修订本协议，修订后的协议将通过应用内公告、页面提示等方式通知您。您继续使用本应用即视为接受修订后的协议。如发生重大变更，我们将提供显著提示。我们可在必要时终止或中断服务，届时将依法妥善处理您的合法权益。

九、法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、执行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规范）。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，由运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to "Zhisiwu" (the "App"). The App is operated by Beijing Xunguoji Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before downloading, installing or using the App. By using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App immediately.

2. Description of the Service

The App is a casual puzzle game themed on classical Chinese poetry, offering verse-filling levels, courtyard theme collection, leaderboards and other gameplay features. It may be distributed through the iOS App Store, Google Play and various mini-game platforms.

We reserve the right to adjust and update game content, features and event rules as business needs evolve; the latest in-app version shall prevail.

3. Accounts

  • You may sign in via guest mode or third-party accounts (e.g. WeChat, Douyin, Google, depending on the channel actually available).
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials; losses caused by your own negligence are borne by you.
  • In guest mode, progress is tied to your device; uninstalling the App or switching devices may result in progress loss. Bind your data to a platform account in time.
  • You may not lend, transfer or sell accounts, nor tamper with or forge account data by technical means.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a lawful and proper manner and shall not:

  • use cheats, bots, scripts or exploits to gain unfair advantages or undermine leaderboard fairness;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, crack or otherwise circumvent our technical protection measures;
  • publish or distribute content that violates applicable laws or public morals;
  • use the App for any unlawful activity.

If such conduct is detected or credibly reported, we may, depending on severity, issue warnings, restrict features, ban accounts or remove offending data.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, interface design, artwork, audio, text content and related trademarks in the App are owned by us or our licensors. The classical poems themselves are public-domain works, but our arrangement, presentation and adaptation of them are protected. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any of this content.

6. Virtual Items & Payments

Virtual items such as lives, themes and boosts are usable only within the App, carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded or transferred. Where in-app purchases or advertisements are offered, payment and refund rules follow the applicable app-store channel policies. Minors should make payments only with the knowledge and consent of a guardian.

7. Disclaimer

  • We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for service unavailability or data loss caused by force majeure, network or device failures, or interruption of third-party platform services.
  • The App is provided "as is"; we make no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or error-free operation.
  • You are responsible for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Changes & Termination

We may revise these Terms in response to legal changes or operational needs. Revised Terms will be notified via in-app announcements or notices; continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted prominently. We may terminate or suspend the service when necessary and will handle your legitimate rights in accordance with applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court at the location of the operating entity.
